Weston Underwood - We want your favourite recipes!

For the 2010 Village Fete we are compiling a Weston Underwood Cookbook and would like to include at least one recipe from each household in the village. In order for the book to be ready on time, we are starting to put together the main ingredients now.

We are looking for starters, main courses, desserts and cakes, as well as sauces, dressings and even the odd cocktail. Please help to make this cookbook a great success by sharing your favourite and most popular recipes, the ones you love to cook and your friends and family love to eat. It may be the special way you poach an egg or how you impress your guests with the perfect pavlova. From the simple to the simply divine, we want them all!

See your name in print and help to give the Weston Underwood Cookbook a personalised touch by including your name and a brief introduction to each of your recipes.

It is simple to submit a recipe. Download the form below and complete a copy for each recipe (3 would be great), then email it to wecipes@hotmail.com.
